We want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t right, here is how returns and refunds work.
1. Return Period
You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging, including all accessories and tags
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Mega Finds reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong item), we cover the return shipping cost or provide a free return label.
- For all other reasons (change of mind, no longer needed, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will provide either:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund
Shipping costs for defective or incorrect items are fully covered by us.
Please include:
- A clear photo of the item and packaging
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
4. EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.
You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it.
A refund will be issued once the item is returned in unused, original condition.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
5. Items Not Eligible for Return
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products (unless defective)
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Used items or products not in their original condition
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different item, color, or variant, please:
- Return the original item
- Place a new order separately
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: up to 10 business days
